Dernefs; an interview attended with many circ'um fiances to render it mutually interefling and fatisface tory. It mufl have been highly gratifying'to Mofes, after living forty years among llrangers, to meet his own brother, to receive particular information con 'cerning his family and nation, and-to communicate to a friendly ear the knowledge of: his own fituation during fo long an interval. What mull: it have been, on the other hand, to Aaron, to learn from the mouth of his brother the great defigns of Providence refpefting themfelv'es and their people 'with what overflowings of heart would they mingle'their fighs and tears! With what ardour would their united prayers, and vows, and praifes afcend.to heaven? How confirmed the faith, how forward the zeal of each, {trengthened and'flimulated by that of the oth er! They go on their way rejoicing; theyiare follow ing god, and they mull profper.
