Aunque los caracteres diferenciales de las especies descritas son poco perceptibles, al punto de poderse dudar si no son meramente la consecuencia de la esposicion, del clima, y de las condiciones del suelo, con todo, hay algunos caracteres tan permanentes é invariables entre los de importancia secundaria, que alejan la idea de que se trata de simples variedades, fdebidas a modificaciones morfológicas accidentales.
