The mechanism of containing humanity and saving the planet Earth is bioethics - a comprehensive knowledge of the rules of human coexistence with the ecosystem. Part of this knowledge is the philosophy of ecocentrism, the primacy of natural law, a new approach to lawmaking, legal understanding. The book outlines some global bioethics problems (definitions of the beginning of a person's life, the interrupting life on request (euthanasia, PAS), cloning of a person, the use of nanotechnology, etc.), suggested ways of their legal settlement.
