W. Jeffery Howard
is a member of the APQC Consulting Group, a subsidiary of The American Productivity & Quality Center, Houston. Texas. He has led APQC projects in a variety of areas, including Baldrige assessment and implementation, ISO 9,000, performance measurement, process design, simplification and improved effectiveness. He is a frequent instructor at APQC seminars and client courses.
