Excerpt from Law Reports: Containing Decisions of the Bench of the Supreme Court in Nova Scotia, Between the Years 1834 and 1851
N. B.-the principle established by this case was recognised and approved of in Woodbury v. Gates and Davison v. Kinsman. In the latter case, decided in Easter Term, 1853, the court stated that the doctrine of conventional boundaries was settled in this Province.be nonsuited. The judge declined, and a verdict was taken. A rule was granted to set aside the verdict which had been taken and for leave to enter a nonsuit.
