Pilgern auf dem Olavsweg - Von Oslo nach Trondheim zum Nidarosdom

NIDAROS - das Jerusalem des Nordens - war über Jahrhunderte ein sehr wichtiges Pilgerziel - bis zur Reformation. Seit einigen Jahren machen sich wieder Pilger auf den Olavsweg zum Nidarosdom im heutigen Trondheim in Norwegen.Michael Schildman pilgerte bereits auf dem Jakobsweg vom Somport-Pass nach Santiago de Compostela. In seinem zweiten Pilgerbuch beschreibt er seine Erlebnisse auf dem Olavsweg: von Oslo über Hamar, Lillehamer und das Dovrefjell zum Dom von Nidaros.So entstand ein nachdenkliches Tagebuch und ein besonderer Führer eines in sehr weiten Teilen noch recht einsamen Pilgerweges. Ganze fünf Pilger traf er unterwegs.Mit einem Vorwort des Hamburger Pilgerpastor von St. Jakobi Bernd Lohse.

Michael Schildman already made a pilgrimage on the Way of St. James from the Somport Pass to Santiago de Compostela in 2007. In his first pilgrimage book about the Way of. St. Olav he describes his experiences on this Scandinavian track: from Oslo via Hamar, Lillehamer and Dovrefjell to Nidaros Cathedral. The result was a thought-provoking diary and a special guide to a pilgrimage route that was lonely in many parts. He met a total of five pilgrims on the way.
