Ulteriori informazioni

The book is the result of a four-years long scientific-research, and the idea is to look at the principles, from the scientific point of view, that our trainers teach us before we go out into the arena. The first time I encountered one of such principle was before my very first fight at Full contact when I was twelve years old. The first thing the coach told me was: "If you get in the ring with a taller opponent, you should go into a boxing clinch and fight close with him, so his long arms will not be of any use to him. If a shorter opponent comes in the ring, keep him at the distance with direct punches and do not allow him to pull you into a boxing clinch because he will crush you. This is the way it is and don't ask too many questions." When I entered the ring, I saw in front me an opponent almost the same height as mine. The idea behind the research was to see the fight from the neutral point of view, and to question the principles to which we refer to as engraved in stone.
