Ma all' indole della Rivista non corrisponderebbe il suo contenuto se non comprendesse altre due parti, corollario ne cessario della prima. Vi sono articoli pubblicati in periodici teorici o pratici, discorsi o conferenze di indole giuridica, libri che non ammettono un riassunto organico, che è utile far noti, ma che eccederebbe la mole diuna Rivista, come questa, e ne renderebbe più ardua la diffusione riassumere come le pubblicazioni che faranno oggetto della prima parte. Ne sarà loro destinata una seconda in cui di quante più sia possibile, col metodo consueto, sebbene con più rigorosa brevità, sarà data notizia.
