Excerpt from Investigación Vinícola Complementaria de 1904: Trabajos Presentados al Ministro de Agricultura
A pedido del gobierno de Mendoza, el Ministerio de Agricultura nombró en 1905 una Comisión para que llevara a cabo una Investigación que diera cuenta del estado de esa industria. Tuve el honor de dirigir esa investigación y sus resultados fueron publicados en oportunidad. El libro fué recibido y juzgado benévolamente por el público, aunque causó desagrado á algunos industriales.
