Informationen zum Autor Linda Cardinal is the Regional Director for the Americas at the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie. Professor emeritus at the École d'études politiques, member of the Centre d'études en gouvernance and former holder of the Research Chair on the Francophonie and Public Policy at the University of Ottawa, her work focuses on comparative linguistic regimes, constitutionalism, citizenship and minorities. Linda Cardinal is a member of the Order of Canada and the Royal Society of Canada. She is a Knight in the Order of the Academic Palms of the French Republic.
