"Be his better half, not his better three-quarters," says Tamara Kleinberg, whose program focuses on weight loss, nutrition, and shaping up those areas that all eyes will be on that special day, especially the arms, shoulders, and back. Every bootcamp trainee will set time-oriented goals for herself, building an exercise regimen that includes both challenge and variety.
