Il a dès lors paru intéressant d'entreprendre sur les équations aux diffé renees finies linéaires, dont les coefficients sont des polynomes, une étude ana logue a celle qui fut faite sur les équations différentielles du même genre et de chercher a former des séries représentant asymptotiquement le-urs solutions au voisinage de l'infini. Tel est l'objet de ce travail qui fera ressortir une nouvelle fois les analogies déjà souvent signalées entre les deux catégories d'équations.
