The aerodynamics of wings, the surface and shape of fish, the lightweight structure of mammal bones are few examples of nature's wisdom that are benchmarked in technology. On the same line, Bionics approach can be brought into management. In current cut throat management, nature's rule, 'Survival of the Best', is also true for the organisations.
