This book intended to present facts of theoretical as well as practical methods of different aspects on quality control and standardization of herbal drug formulations. This text will deal with some novel approaches for herbal drug formulations in terms of development and standardization. This book is beneficial for research scholars, academicians and students in all prospects. The aim of this text book is to provide in depth knowledge about critical steps and specific updates of development of herbal drug formulations. The authors would welcome suggestions for further improvements. We expect that scientists/research scholars will get some novel guidelines for quality control, screening of pharmacological activity, evaluation and standardization of herbal drug formulations.

Reenu yadav has completed her master degree (M.Pharm., M.B.A.) from RGPV and Barkatullah University Bhopal, and doctoral fellow at NIMS Univerity, Jaipur. She has more than seven years of teaching experience. She is author of one book and published more than 20 research papers.Presently she is working at IES College of Pharmacy, Bhopal (M.P).
