Coaching Leadership style is a critical component to enhance and sustain optimal sport performance and athlete satisfaction. A coach is typically responsible for making final decisions on the subject of several team matters, such as strategy, tactics and team personnel. He is currently assistant professor and researcher at Wolaita Sodo University College of Natural and Computational Science in the Department of Sport science in Ethiopia.
