It is very impressive to see that concepts of federalism and separation of powers are precisely explored with party system in Ethiopia.

have LL.M in Constitutional and Public Laws from Addis Ababa University. He studied his LL.B degree from Jimma University, in Ethiopia. Now he is serving as a legal practitioner and Lecturer of Law at University of Gondar. The author strongly strive to reach this level very strongly from his small birth village "Shilafa".
