Dispute between employer and employee automatically occurs and spoils the industrial peace which will finally lead to the major waste and economic losses to the society as a whole as well as themselves. Harmonious relationship between employer and employee determines industrial peace. The relationship between these two must be amicable. For rapid industrialization and overall development of the society the industrial peace is a basic requirement.
