Globally due to demographic transition and increasing urbanizing economy, there has been a change in the disease pattern. This has lead to a huge increase in the Non Communicable Diseases which are also known as Chronic Diseases. This causes an catastrophic impact to the individuals family and restricts his functional and social participation and ultimately his Quality of Life. The current research was conducted in India where the researcher had been trying to see the relation between physical inactivity and its contribution to an individuals Quality of Life. The manuscript describes in details about the introduction and background of the research, the methodology being adopted, tools used, discussion and the results of the study. The manuscript also has tables and recommendation as an outcome of the study.

The author of the manuscript is a Public Health researcher and professional physiotherapist with post graduate training in pediatric rehabilitation from India. The present manuscript describes the authors research work done on how Physical Inactivity affecting individual's Quality of Life(QoL). He has 10 years working experience in health sector.
