Political Problem of Urban LandUse or Allocation

The Problem of Urban Land Use in Nigeria Prompted the Government to set up panel, considering the the ecological and economic base of traditional towns and then proceed to discuss the establishment and growth of new modern towns. Urbanization is not a new phenomenon in the country but the rate of Urbanization in recent years has been so rapid that the government has found it difficult to satisfy the growing demand for basic social services in the major cities in Nigeria.
