Leadership generally talks about the world of politics and the public sphere at large. Leadership system is a team or collaborative process and various players combine their competences and competencies to respond to the four overlapping Strategical, Political, Administrative and Civic challenges in any society in the non-routine manner. Public leaders should breathe life into the public governance and civic institutions to run people lives better. Although their role is under-theorized, but these gaps are defined and analysed while a new Geometrical Quadruple Balanced Pyramid Model (GQBPM) in a systemic approach is introduced in this book. This model is a combination of the four levels of Meta, Macro, Middle and Micro public leadership; the four aspects of Strategical, Political, Administrative and Civic leadership; the four contexts of Paradigm, Procedure, Role and Impact and the four styles of Transformational-Transactional, Mobilizing, Functional-Open access, Spiritual-Outsourcing. This is alongside with the four aims of Visioning-Strategising, Policy making-System building, Citizen leading- System connecting, Team building- Power gaining which are integrated in a single model.
