Educated: Castlebar; St. Jarlath's College, Tuam; St. Patrick's College, Maynooth. Ordained priest: 1954. Studied for an MA in English Literature 1954-55. Appointed to St. Jarlath's College where he taught English and French from 1977-86. Appointed Parish Priest of Claremorris in 1986. Died 1995.
