Zusatztext Your IB books are totally addictive. TOK is our next buy. Thank you for developing such fantastic material. Klappentext Build confident critical thinkers who can process and articulate complex ideas in relevant, real-life contexts. The inquiry-based approach drives independent thought and helps learners explore ideas, questions and perspectives, equipping them with a higher level of critical awareness. Developed directly with the IB for the current syllabus. I've read over a few of the activities and they seemed interesting and engaging. I like the introduction tips at the beginning of the book as well... explaining how the ideas in the book are used to start inquiry and begin discussions. I look forward to reading Skills and Practice! Jamie Lynn, Head of TOK, King High School, Florida I have reviewed the textbook and have found many elements helpful: alignment with the new TOK curriculum, variety of global perspectives and individual voices, wealth of discussion questions or questions for individual thought, and guidance on the assessments. John Martin, TOK Teacher, Paxon School for Advanced Studies, Florida I have to say I like what I see. The book has been revamped completely and I think for the better. I am pleased to see that the language is teenage friendly: direct and with examples that they can relate to. There are a number of examples that I will certainly incorporate into what I do, for example the discussion activity on page 46.
