Wertsch, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Anthropology at Washington University, St Louis. He holds joint appointments in Education, the Russian Studies Program, and the Program in Philosophy, Neuroscience, and Psychology. He is the director of the McDonnell International Scholars Academy.
