Informationen zum Autor Jeffrey Mankoff is a distinguished research fellow at the U.S. National Defense University's Institute for National Strategic Studies. His books include Empires of Eurasia: How Imperial Legacies Shape International Security (Yale, 2021). He writes frequently for Foreign Affairs, War on the Rocks, CNN, and other outlets. Until May 2020, Mankoff was a senior fellow with the CSIS Russia and Eurasia Program.
