Detlef lohmann is owner and managing director of "allsafe JUNGFALK", a manufacturing company of load restraint systems in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
His desire to become an entrepreneur took shape while working as an engineer for major automobile corporations and suppliers. Lohmann found a mid-size manufacturing business and took it upon himself to redesign procedures and optimize work processes to build a real company.
Within fifteen years, "allsafe JUNGFALK" added three new business divisions and quadrupled the number of employees. Since 2011, the company has been so lucrative that one sales record chases the other. The company has received many honours for its innovative products and has been rated "TOP JOB best employer" three times.
