This book has information about computer program development for house cost calculation. It contains description of development way, included ideas and final testing. The main purpose of this program was a compilation of preliminary house specification. House specification must include cost information about materials and works. This program should accelerate a matching process between a company and users. Also the program should contain a database of building materials. The program language is PHP. PHP is a modern computer language for the development of web programs. The writing of a program code was based on the official PHP manual and special computer literature. For making the database of building materials Finnish handbook Rakennusosien kustannuksia 2009 was used. Also it was possible to create new system of communication between building company and users. This system can save time on the preliminary stage of contract negotiations. This book will be interested for persons, who studied web programming and want to realize own ideas in the real life.
