Michael Galanis is a Senior Lecturer in Company Law at the University of Manchester. He has taught at Queen Mary, University of London and the University of Leeds and he is co-author of
The Globalization of Corporate Governance (2009) with Alan Dignam. Dr. Galanis has held government advisory positions abroad and has experence as a company director.
