Paul Harris is a Chartered Electrical Engineer who has worked in the electrical industry since starting as an indentured apprentice in 1978. Paul has worked in healthcare design on various types of projects and procurement methods for different clients for both private and NHS projects. As a serving member of Panel D and JPEL 64 representing IHEEM and healthcare design matters, he is intrinsically involved in the development of Section 710 medical Locations.
