Informationen zum Autor Elspeth Berry is Reader in Law at Nottingham Trent University where she teaches EU law, Human Rights, Partnership and LLP Law and the Conflict of Laws. Elspeth has written widely on EU law and human rights, including a textbook co-authored with Sylvia Hargreaves, as well as on partnership and LLP law.; Matthew J.
