The colloquium Mössbauer Spectroscopy in Materials Science 2012 was devoted to the application of the Mössbauer effect in various areas as material testing, study of nanoscaled systems, mineralogy, chemistry and biology. New developments of spectroscopy experimental technique and data fitting were presented.
