Ilan Goldstein, Scrum manager at global publisher Reed Elsevier, defines and manages custom Scrum methodology for a wide range of projects. He also serves as ScrumMaster for hotfrog.com . He has lectured on real-world software project management and has been a consultant to the commercial incubator at the University of New South Wales. Goldstein cofounded the pioneering knowledge management software company Pivot Software, serving in roles ranging from database developer and project manager to trainer. Later, he served as vice president of development for Console, a market-leading Asia-Pacific software firm.
