Andreas Henning ist Konservator für Italienische Malerei der Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister. Er studierte Kunstgeschichte und Germanistik in Düsseldorf und Berlin und promovierte 2002 an der Freien Universität Berlin. Von 1999- 2000 war er an der Casa di Goethe in Rom, von 2002-04 an der Staatsgalerie Stuttgart tätig.
