Klappentext The book brings together the two major developments of the past decade: the collapse of the Soviet Union with the subsequent abolition of the East-West conflict on the political side and the development of 'globalization' on the economic side. It is shown that both of these drastic changes has resulted in an increased demand for regulation and guidance by international organizations, which in turn were pressured by their own need for reforms and adjustment to the changing international agenda.
