Christian Krämer arbeitet seit Mitte 2008 als Department Manager HR & Payroll Solutions bei der Media-Saturn IT Services GmbH. Zuvor hat er zehn Jahre lang als Senior Consultant Kunden im Bereich SAP ERP HCM mit Schwerpunkten in E-Recruiting, Personalbeschaffung, Personalentwicklung und Zeitwirtschaft betreut. Darüber hinaus hat er umfangreiche Projekte zur prozessorientierten Konzeption für die Implementierung von SAP ERP HCM durchgeführt und Erfahrungen in E-Learning-Projekten gesammelt. Bis Mitte 2008 war er Senior Consultant bei der iProCon GmbH.

Sven Ringling ist Geschäftsführer und Mitgründer der iProCon GmbH. Er optimiert in verschiedenen Projekten den Einsatz von SAP ERP HCM mit Schwerpunkten u.a. in Performance Management, Personalentwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Berechtigungen. Weitere Schwerpunkte liegen im Design von HR-Prozessen und HR-Services sowie bei der Auswahl von HR-Software und Outsourcing-Dienstleistern. Bis Anfang 2000 war er Manager bei der IDS Scheer AG und stellvertretender Leiter des Fachzentrums HR.

Song Yang has been providing SAP consulting services since 1998. He is experienced in personnel administration, payroll, benefit and compensation. He has successfully supported many customers in Asia and North America. Song Yang is also recognized as an expert in Basis and ABAP. He joined BearingPoint Inc. as a senior consultant in early 2005. Before that, he served Atos Origin Inc. and Siemens Business Services as a senior consultant.
