Jiping Sheng is a Professor in Food Economics and Management and Food Science at Renmin University of China. She has been working in these fields for nearly 30 years with more than two hundred papers and twenty books published.
Ksenia Gerasimova is a Professor in Public Policy at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia, and is CEENRG Fellow in Land Economy at the University of Cambridge, UK. She is the author of
NGO Discourses in the Debates on Genetically Modified Crops (Routledge, 2017).
