In un Messico desolante ed infestato da criminalità, perversione e violenza, il capo della polizia Juarez cerca di combattere il crimine con tutti i mezzi a disposizione. Durante un intervento, a seguito di un brutto incidente automobilistico, l’uomo troverà una videocamera che contiene dei filmati di violenza disturbante. Sarà solo l’inizio di un incubo ed indagando scoprirà un universo di mostruosa follia, abusi ed omicidi efferati.
