Description

Hanks plays Rick, a school bus driver who has finally decided to tie the knot with his girlfriend Debbie (Tawny Kitaen). But first Rick must survive the wildest bachelor bash of all time, thrown by his party-animal buddies. Featuring a donkey, strippers, an Indian pimp and more, it s a night none of them will ever forget.

This outrageously funny look at one man`s final moments of bachelorhood stars Tom Hanks as Rick, reluctant recipient of a bachelor bash given by a group of friends who view partying as their full-time religion. Rick`s worried fiancee, Debbie (Tawny Kitaen), dresses up in disguise and crashes the party to spy on her future husband. To complicate the night further, Debbie`s fat her hires her ex-boyfriend to win back his daughter. It turns out to be an evening the soon-to-be bride and groom will never forget.

Warte schon lange auf diese DVD endlich kann ich einer meiner Lieblingsfilme endlos schauen.
Etwas hysterisch-verkrampft

Trotz einzelner genialer Momente war mir der Film zu verkrampft-"lustig", hysterisch (das ständige sinnlose Geschrei nervte irgendwann) und voraussehbar. Hanks' Rolle und die ganze Hollywood-typische Schnulze mit seiner Freundin hat mich nur genervt. Zudem war die Filmmusik - für solche Filme ausschlaggebend - schlecht. Einzelne Figuren gefielen mir ganz gut, weil nicht so poliert. FAZIT: Kann man sich geben. Aber das Original "Animal House", das man hier krampfhaft zu kopieren versucht hat, ist um Lichtjahre besser.

Der beste Film mit Tom Hanks überhaupt, als er noch nicht rollen wie BIG, Forrest Gump und Philadelpia uebernomen hatte. Naiv, blöd und herrlich- ein Monument der 80er Jahre Teenie Filme!!!! Unbedingt kaufen und gniessen...
