Description

An all-star cast led by Michael Jai White is featured in this 1970's-style blaxploitation action fiilm about the legendary super crime fighter Black Dynamite. The Man killed his brother, pumped heroin into local orphanages, and flooded the ghetto with adulterated malt liquor. Black Dynamite was the one hero willing to fight The Man all the way from the blood-soaked city streets to the hallowed halls of the Honky House.

Zugegeben, ich hab den film verschenkt, aber jetzt, wo ich ihn verschenkt hab, muss ich ihn wieder bestellen... eine tolle blaxplo-parodie; die musik ist der hammer (und alles neu komponiert!)

Gelungene Persiflage auf die Blaxploitation der 70-er. Gekonnt wird der Charme jenes Genres immitiert und (beabsichtigt überspitzt und) witzig rübergebracht.

Wenn man's nicht besser wüsste, könnte man den Film wirklich für ein 70-er Jahre Werk halten. Kameraführung und Schauspielerei sind der damaligen Zeit angepasst und gedreht wurde auf Super 16 Colour Reversal Kodak film.

Nicht nur für Freunde des Blaxploitation-Genres zu empfehlen.

auf deutsch geguckt? ich schätze mal 90% des flows gehen dabei verloren ... und die enttäuschung ist gross ... ansonsten

Dieser liebenswürdige Indie-Film ist eine Hommage an das Blaxploitation-Kino der 70er-Jahre. Von Story über Darsteller bis hin zu Klamotten, Slang, Musik und Action ist das auf der einen Seite ziemlich authentisch und auf der anderen Seite augenzwinkernd übertrieben, und somit gleich doppelt amüsant. Im Gegensatz zu anderen jüngsten, zum Teil respektlosen und primitiven, Anspielungen auf das Genre macht der Film nicht nur Ulk sondern ist auch selbst Teil des damals definierten Stils. Auch Tarantino-Fans dürfen hier zugreifen!
