Description

It's the story of one man's tragic loss of the love of his life. He is Bud Clay. And he races motorcycles. He rides in the 250cc Formula II class of road racing. Round and round he goes, repeating laps over and over until the race is over. The story begins with Bud racing in New Hampshire. Bud's next race is in California in five Days. And so his journey begins across America. And everyday Bud is haunted by the same memories of the last time he saw his true love. Bud will do anything to make those memories disappear. And every day he tries to find a new love. Making outrageous requests of women to come with him on his trip and then leaving them behind after they've agreed. He can't replace Daisy, the only girl he's ever loved and the only girl he will ever love. But every day he tries.

Langweilig? Ähmm...

Ehrlich gesagt, hab ich mich das auch gefragt, als ich den Film zum ersten Mal gesehen habe. Ruhiger Streifen, sehr ruhig und manchmal auch haarscharf am langatmigen vorbei. Dann doch aber dieser grandiose Schluss. Den Film nochmals geguckt, nachdem einem die ganze Story bewusst ist, ein Höllenritt von einem Film. Dramatische Gefühle, die sich da entwickeln können. Skurril, wirr und verstörend, wie man sich das von Vincent Gallo gewohnt ist. In meinen Augen, ein weiteres Meisterwerk des Independent Kino's! Two thumbs up!!!

Verflucht ist das ein langweilliger Mist! Für die Pornoszene hat er sie nur gewält, weil sie seine ex ist ha, wenigstens ein guter einfall.

Narzistisch. Vincent Gallo möchte wohl, dass alle den Blowjob zuschauen können. Bin nicht prüde, aber eine schauspielerische Leistung ist dies gar nicht und sonst hat der Film nix zu bieten, nur totale Selbstvernarrtheit.

Dieser Film mal tatsächlich etwas langweilig sein. aber den film zu ende zu sehen lohnt sich. da geht es gar nicht um den blowjob, es geht einfach um das was vorhin geschen war ..... einfach krass.

mit dem van in der gegend rumkurven,alleine in der wüste mit der ducati rasen,die ex nicht aus den gedanken bringen,ein undurchsichtiges leben führen.und am schluss holt ihn die realität ein. melancholisch.
