Description

The first season of Dynasty, the powerhouse primetime 80s soap opera, begins with oil tycoon Blake Carrington marrying his former secretary, Krystle. Krystle's former lover, Matthew, returns to town and causes more problems when he tells Krystle that he's still in love with her. Blake's daughter Fallon does not support his marriage, and chooses to marry childhood friend Jeff Colby just for her father's benefit.

endlich... finde diese erste staffel wirklich gut. irgendwie sind die geschichten glaubwürdiger als in den späteren staffeln. natürlich geht dann ab staffel 2 mit alexis die post ab - freue mich schon drauf! bild und ton bei dieser ersten staffel sind ok. einzig die menuführung ist absoluter mist. schade gibt es keine extras.

Endlich da, Joan Collins taucht aber erst in Folge 13(!) auf... Die deutsche Synchro ist top! Joan Collins sagte damals: "Die hat die bessere Stimme als ich!" ;-)

Peinlich, dass die Filmgesellschaften die DVD
Hüllen falsch anschreiben.
Beispiel: DVD 1 Kopf oder Zahl (Teil 1-3)
plus 'der Pakt' (welcher laut Hülle auf DVD 2)
zu finden ist.

Das war längst überfällig. Jetzt aber nicht zu lange zuwarten mit der Veröffentlichung der weiteren Seasons: die erste ist ja im Vergleich zu den späteren noch kein Highlight. Trotzdem: allemal besser als der meiste heutige Trash.
