Monica McGoldrick, MSW, PhD, Director of the Multicultural Family InstituteTeacher and on the Clinical Faculty of the Psychiatry Department of the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, is the “godmother of genograms.” She has an international reputation as a trainer and author, and lives in Highland Park, New Jersey.Carol M. Anderson, Ph.D., is a professor at University of Pittsburgh Medical School.Froma Walsh, M.S.W, Ph.D., is Professor, School of Social Service Administration and Department of Psychiatry, University of Chicago, and Co-Director of the University-affiliated institute, the Chicago Center for Family Health. Her other books include Strengthening Family Resilience, Spiritual Resources in Family Therapy, and Normal Family Processes (3rd Edition).
