About the author

Mimi Gisolfi D’Aponte, editor, lives in Brooklyn, New
York, and is Professor of Theatre at the City University of New York Graduate
Center and Baruch College, where she chairs the Department of Fine and
Performing Arts. Dr. D’Aponte is an expert in the fields of Native American theatre
and the classic Italian theatre.
