Douglas Patterson Douglas Patterson is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Kansas State University. Deborah Posel Deborah Posel is a Professor of Sociology and Director of the Wits Institute for Social and Economic Research (WISER) at the University of Witwatersrand.
