About the author

Meleckidzedeck Khayesi is a Human Geographer, with a Ph.D degree in Transport Geography. He was a lecturer in the Department of Geography at Kenyatta University, Kenya. He is currently working on road safety policy at the World Health Organisation, Geneva, Switzerland
