Informationen zum Autor Bee Wilson is a historian and journalist. She writes an weekly food column for the Sunday Telegraph , ‘The Kitchen Thinker’, for which she received the Guild of Food Writers’ Food Journalist of the Year award in 2004, 2008 and 2009, and is the author of The Hive: The Story of the Honeybee and Us (2004) and Swindled: From Poison Sweets to Counterfeit Coffee, the Dark History of the Food Cheats (2008).
