About the author

Chun-chieh Huang ist Distinguished Professor für Geschichte und Dekan des Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences an der National Taiwan University in Taipeh. Er beschäftigt sich vor allem mit Fragen der konfuzianischen Geistesgeschichte sowie der Hochschulreform und Erziehung im Zeitalter der Globalisierung.
