About the author

Olivier Blanchard zählt zu den weltweit renommiertesten Makroökonomie-Experten. Neben seiner Lehrtätigkeit in Harvard und am Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT) war er für mehrere Regierungen und Internationale Organisationen tätig, u.a. für den IWF, die OECD und die EU-Kommission. Er ist Chairman of the Department of Economics am MIT.
