By committing himself to relieve pain and mental agony, the graduated pain therapist of the German Society for Naturopathy and Energetic Pain Therapy, ayurvedic life coach and author, Hans Georg van Herste travelled through half Europe, South Africa and East Asia.In South Korea, he asked to be instructed in the Korean massage, which may release even the most severe muscle agglutinations. In South Africa, he ran the opportunity to look over a midwife s shoulder, who taught him how to conduct the birth preparation of the two trees. Over the course of many years, he traveled to India in order to experience and learn the original Ayur Veda. Lakshmi and Shakti, two old-established healers, chose him as their student, drove him through his own, frequently turning out to be painful self-awareness, allowed him to have a look behind the curtains, explained to him the world by means of the ayurvedic point of view, taught him amazing and amazingly simple healing methods and finally rewarded him with a many century-old palm leaf. This honor is only reserved to very few people and made him to one of the happiest people on Earth. With this book, Hans Georg van Herste reveals his knowledge and invites the reader to take part in his adventures and experiences. The curious reader will find out much more, than the price of a pack of coffee. Whether as instructive inner examination or just as interesting reading this book opens gates and conjures up the spirit of ancient knowledge and makes it appear in a new life.

About the author

Hans Georg van Herste flew around the half world in order to look behind the curtains, for the purpose of providing his patients with even better help. Since the early 1980s, the DGNS pain therapist (A- and B- Diploma of the German Society for Naturopathy and Energetic Pain Therapy) and ayurvedic life coach has been standing with words and deeds by the side of victims of sexual child abuse, homo- and transsexuals. His publications concerning this subject area caused quite a stir in press, radio and t.v. He could help many of his patients finding back their way to a livable life and cottoned on many a child abuser"Each third girl and each fifth boy in Germany are being sexually abused. We definitely cant leave it like this! Weve got to become active against that!" in Germany. And? He starts doing something. By means of his "isle method", he achieved it to sensitize and confront many people, while animating them to join him at the same time. Media reports about his cases "Johanna Winter" and "Heidrun and Horst Leitner" went around the world. The destiny of the young transsexual Johanna and that of Heidrun and Horst, who became victims of sexual child abuse showed to the ever-yesterdays and ignorant ones quite plainly that also such kind of humans belong to the humans and must not be considered as spinners or monsters, and that they had the equal right for living a happy life, like all the others had, too. Many requests have been treated by Hans Georg van Herste who could turn many a worse fate to the better. His approach is described in his books "The Borderline-Syndrome", "The Mother (beast) animal" and "Ayur Veda". His own experiences were published by him in the books "An almost broken heart", "The Destructors" and "Poem-Tales".
