Transnational Labour Regulation: The ILO and EC Compared: The ILO and EC Compared

This text argues that the rules of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and those of the EC governing working time are examples of transnational labour regulation, and can be compared on that basis. This situation, it is claimed, weakens the status and authority of the ILO.
