Informationen zum Autor BOB HOOGENBOOM is Professor of Policing and Security Studies, Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam and Professor of Forensic Business Studies, Nyenrode Business Universiteit, The Netherlands and also Advisor to the Dutch Police Academy. As an historian the author developed an interest in policing. He has published on policing, inspectorates, regulators, intelligence and private security. He is a member of the Netherlands Intelligence Study Association and worked for universities, the private sector (forensic accounting) and teaches policing at the Dutch Police Academy.
